Terms of Use Liberty Day 2025 – Liberty Brothers

1. Ticket purchase & participation
The purchase of a ticket constitutes a binding commitment to participate in Liberty Day 2025. Tickets cannot be returned, resold, or transferred to third parties.

2. Member/partner discounts
Only registered Liberty Brothers members and their officially registered companions are eligible for the discounted ticket price. External guests pay the regular price. Misuse of discount or voucher codes will result in exclusion from the event without entitlement to a refund.

3. Event postponement / Force majeure
If the event cannot take place as planned due to force majeure (e.g., pandemic, natural disasters, political unrest, war, or similar), the organizer reserves the right to postpone the date and/or location or to hold the event digitally. In this case, the ticket remains valid. Refunds are excluded.

4. Personal responsibility & disclaimer
Participation is at your own risk. The organizer accepts no liability for personal belongings, travel to and from the event, accommodation, or any other consequential costs. Liability for damages of any kind is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

5. Program changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or content. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund or exchange of your ticket.

6. Consent & acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, you agree to these terms and conditions as binding.

7. Media use & data protection
Photo, audio, and video recordings may be made during the event. By participating, you agree that recordings in which you may be recognizable may be used by Liberty Brothers for public relations purposes. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Obligation to provide truthful information

You warrant that all information you provide is true and accurate. We reserve the right to cancel your order and take legal action if you provide false information or violate these terms and conditions.
